Subscription, Cancellation and Refunds

1. Sales channel

Digital products are purchased only through Apple App Store or Google Play. This website does not take direct payment. The price, tax, currency and payment terms shown by the store apply.

2. Products

Premium provides unlimited pauses while active. Features are shown in the store listing and app.

Monthly Premium: renews every month until cancelled
Yearly Premium: renews every year until cancelled

3. 14-day introductory period

The first 14 unlimited days are not a paid-subscription trial. No payment information is requested, no automatic charge occurs and Premium does not begin. One free pause per day remains afterwards.

4. Auto-renewal

Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew at the end of each period unless cancelled through the store account. The store charges the renewal and may notify you about renewals and price changes under its policies.

ContraWorks may change plan scope or price subject to law and store rules. Required notices and approvals apply before price increases.

5. Cancellation

Apple: Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions → Bir Nefes → Cancel Subscription
Google Play: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Bir Nefes → Cancel subscription

Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and Premium remains active until then.

6. Refunds

Refunds are assessed through the store where purchase occurred. Use Apple’s Report a Problem service or Google Play’s refund request. If Google directs you to us, contact destek@birnefes.app with the order number. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

7. Effect of a refund

After a full refund, related Premium access may end to the extent permitted by the store and law. Refunds go only to the purchaser and the store payment method.

8. Restoring purchases

For supported products, use Restore Purchases with the same store account. If an anonymous device session causes a problem, contact us with store order information and the device/support code.

9. Right of withdrawal

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal may apply when electronic delivery of a digital service begins immediately through a store. Mandatory rights under store policies and consumer law remain unaffected.
